Treasury Specialist I

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

A Treasury Specialist is responsible for two main areas - supporting analysis for direct cash flow forecasts preparation and for the regular Intercompany reconciliation across the organization’s global entities.

Main responsibilities of this position:

Cash flow forecasting and analysis: Prepare supporting analysis for detailed cash flow forecasting models to predict cash needs and liquidity levels. Analyze reports to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for optimization.

Daily cash management: Monitor daily cash positions, including bank balances and transactions, to ensure adequate liquidity for operations.

Process improvements: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate cash management processes. Actively participate on process standardization and harmonization across responsible areas; Transfer knowledge

Intercompany reconciliation: Regularly monitor and report status of Intercompany AR/AP transactions across the global company’s structure, identify and analyze the discrepancies; initiate the efforts to eliminate all variations in cooperation with responsible areas.

Regular communication and cooperation with different areas / internal clients in order to provide correct results and/or the analysis

Meet individual objectives and contribute to the achievement of the team's overall objectives.

Compliance with SOX requirement, Support Internal and External Audit, Support Ad Hoc requests and projects as required

Understanding and respecting different cultures (from Brazil, China, Italy, Mexico, Russia and USA) developing a good relationship and cooperative environment

2 years experience in Treasury processes (Accounts payables, Accounts receivables, Payments processing)

Advanced MS office knowledge
