IFS Specialist

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

• Managing and configuring the IFS application environment, including solution setup and base configuration
• Supporting integrations and interfaces (EDI, WebServices, BizAPI, IFS Connect)
• Administering user access, permissions, reporting rules, and intelligent printing
• Acting as 2nd‑line support and troubleshooting technical issues
• Participating in rollout projects and planning/executing system setup activities
• Communicating mission‑critical project milestones to the consulting team
• Managing system changes, including configurations and customizations
• Overseeing release management, monitoring new versions, assessing impact, and coordinating upgrades with product development
• Maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders and internal customers
• Collaborating with the regional Managing Consultant to ensure project delivery follows IFS methodology
• Ensuring customer projects are supported by appropriately skilled consultants
• Maintaining the IFS project plan in alignment with global PMO standards
• Contributing to consistent, on‑time, and on‑budget project delivery across the organization

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Solid experience in IT application management and support, ideally within IFS environments
• Good functional knowledge of IFS, with strong preference for experience in IFS Maintenance and exposure to IFS Cloud
• Hands‑on experience with IFS Applications, Oracle basics, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
• SQL / PL‑SQL skills and experience with data migration and integrations (preferably in IFS)
• Experience creating and configuring IFS Lobbies
• Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications and perform structured testing
• Comfortable working with both technical teams and non‑technical stakeholders; able to explain complex topics in a clear, business‑friendly way
• Familiarity with software project delivery environments is an advantage
• Advanced English (C1) and driving license B
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Independent, reliable, and motivated to grow
