We’re opening a trainee assignment in HR for someone who wants more than just “experience”.
Are you someone who wants to shine and help others do the same?

You will:
• work closely with HR leaders
• support HR communication across sites and teams
• help us make HR more visible, clear and impactful
• explore and bring in new trends (AI, employee experience, communication)
• contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement

Your role?
To bring light into complexity simplify, connect, and improve how things work.

Who are we looking for?
Someone who:
• thinks differently and isn’t afraid to shine a light on things that don’t work
• is curious about HR, people, and organizations
• has a natural feel for communication (simple, human, clear)
• is interested in AI, trends, and innovation
• wants to improve things not just follow them

We don’t need a perfect CV.
We’re looking for energy, curiosity, and a fresh perspective.
