What you’ll achieve

As a Senior Data Scientist you'll play a key role in helping solve complex business problems using ML and AI. You'll explore new ideas, lead experimentation, and determine which approaches have the greatest potential to create value. Working with teams across the business, you'll help turn innovative concepts into practical solutions that can be scaled and adopted.

In this role, you'll combine strong data science expertise with business understanding to guide technical decisions, influence key stakeholders, and help shape how AI is applied.

You will:

• Lead end to end development of ML models and agentic solutions to solve complex business problems (including predictive models, GenAI applications, Agentic AI, etc.) 
• Build scalable data and model pipelines, covering training, inference and automation across cloud platforms, 
• Design and evaluate experiments, ensuring solutions are effective, measurable and aligned with business goals, 
• Partner with business and engineering teams to identify opportunities, translate insights into actions and support successful deployment of solutions, 

• Provide technical leadership by establishing best practices, mentoring team members and helping shape Dell's AI and data Science capabilities.

Essential Requirements

• Master’s degree in data science or computer science with 6+ years of professional experience in Data Science role, 
• Strong Expertise in ML algorithms, generative AI, LLM architectures, and agentic frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, etc.).  
• Strong engineering skills: Python and experience with RLHF, finetuning, or other advanced evaluation and alignment frameworks for generative models,
• Ability to work independently, make technical decisions, and navigate ambiguity without close direction.  
• Strong grounding in experimental design, data workflows, and choosing the right model for the right problem. 

Desirable Requirements

• PhD or published research in ML/AI, or deep expertise across ML and LLM operations (e.g., neural networks, RAG workflows, chatbot or multiagent deployments such as CrewAI/AutoGen, realtime analytics, bigdata technologies, and LLM specific ethical considerations).  

Starting Salary from: 3 800 EUR brutto / Month
