• Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Managing packing center with a focus on efficiency and achieving goals, continuous process improvement, long-term planning based on data analysis. 
• Managing budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure optimal operational efficiency of packing center.
• Effectively managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks to meet packing goals.
• Overseeing Planning, Innovation, Engineering, Quality, and Industrial Engineering departments to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product packing and streamline packing processes.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations to maintain process quality, safety and EHS standards.
  
• A typical day in the role of Packing Center Manager may involve:
• Conducting daily briefings with team leads to discuss packing production targets and address any operational challenges.
• Analyzing packing production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• The typical working hours for this position are:
• Full-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional extended hours to meet packing production deadlines.
• Flexibility may be required to accommodate international project collaborations and team meetings.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

Experience:

- Management in Manufacturing (production, planning, Quality, IE, Automation)

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within manufacturing industry

- Experience in automation, Industrial Engineering

- Management of manufacturing budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure efficient operations

- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Leadership:

- Lead and manage a team of members, guidance and mentorship

- Strategic thinking ability to achieve production goals and ensure quality control.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
