Would you like to help shape HR processes across multiple European countries? Do you have experience with HR projects, data analytics, and a passion for connecting people, processes, and HR best practices?

What will be your role?

• You will serve as the main point of contact for HR teams across MOBIS European subsidiaries, including Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Turkey, Germany, Spain, and other countries.

• Coordinate and standardize HR policies, processes, and employee management practices across the region while facilitating the exchange of best practices among local entities.

• Collaborate with Headquarters (HQ) and local HR teams to develop, implement, and continuously improve regional HR guidelines and governance processes.

• Support key regional HR processes, including:

  • Compensation and benefits

  • Annual salary review processes

  • Workforce and headcount planning

  • HR reporting for management and HQ

• Participate in strategic international HR projects, including organizational changes, restructurings, and the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive requirements.

• Prepare HR analyses, reports, and recommendations for company leadership, translating complex HR and legislative information into practical business solutions.

• Improve HRIS systems, enhance HR data quality, and drive initiatives aimed at creating more efficient and standardized HR processes across Europe.

• Deliver training sessions, workshops, and professional meetings focused on the development of HR teams and people managers.

• Regularly visit MOBIS European locations to identify local needs, share best practices, and support the implementation of regional HR initiatives.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Proficiency in SAP.

• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical thinking.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Knowledge of the Korean language is considered an advantage.

• Basic to working knowledge of HR management (HRM, HRD, HR planning) and general labor law practices in EU countries (e.g., Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Germany)

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, integrate, and interpret various data sources to support sound HR decision-making

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal), with an open-minded approach to foster constructive discussions and build trust across employees, management, and regional stakeholders

• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and sound judgment when handling sensitive employee and organizational matters

• Coachable, reliable, and eager to learn, with the maturity to grow in a demanding, international HR role

• Resilient, proactive, and self-motivated team player who collaborates effectively across cultures and diverse stakeholders

• Approximately 2 years of relevant experience in HR, consulting, project management, business analysis, data analysis, corporate planning, or a related field is preferred. Strong early-career candidates with internship, working-student, or project-based experience may also be considered.
