Customer Administration Analyst

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Administration Analyst to join our Customer Financial Services team in Bratislava. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accurate and timely creation of customer accounts in our internal systems and to ensure all contracted services are correctly configured and activated. The Analyst will work closely with sales, Operations, Technical Support and will respond to the CFS Credit Risk Director. The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of Order to Invoice (O2I) processes, accuracy, ability to prioritise tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.​

Key responsibilities:

• Create and validate new customer accounts in the billing system.
• Configure and connect services according to signed agreements.
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness before account activation.
• Coordinate with Sales and Service Desk teams to resolve missing or unclear information.
• Monitor account setup timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Support audits, reporting, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

​Initial contract will be fixed-term for a 1 year. After mutual agreement the contract can be changed to permanent.

Skills, qualifications and experience:

• Experience in billing, finance operations, and data administration.
• Strong attention to details and organizational skills, ability to shift priorities as needed.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English - both written and spoken, additional languages would be a plus.
• Comfortable working with billing/ERP systems (i.e. D365, MTMS, etc.).
