##What will your responsibilities be?##

• Management of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding processes
• Identifying performance gaps, implementation of training solutions, and leading talent development initiatives
• Supporting staffing and resource planning in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team
• Collaboration with other HR functions such as Payroll, HR IT Systems, HR SSC and HR BPs
• Maintaining HR systems, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and providing data insights to support strategic decisions
• Ensuring clear internal communication and compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Review and alignment compensation packages; support employee wellbeing and benefits programs
• Leading initiatives that foster employee engagement, professional growth, and a strong organizational culture

##Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?##

• University degree in economics, psychology or social science or comparable education
• Min.2 years’ experience in HR field (Recruiting, Staffing or Personnel Development)
• Experience in staffing, training and development, employee communication and reporting
• Project Management skills
• Strong Time Management and Priorities Management
• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
• Good PC user skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Fluent English required
• Solid knowledge of local labor legislation
• Workday/Human knowledge is an advantage

• Base monthly salary starting from 1900 EUR gross. Our salary is fair and competitive and can be higher than the starting minimum in the advert
