*Make an impact by developing sourcing strategies partnering with global / regional teams
*Contribute to deliver bottom line/top line results by managing own spend / projects
*Formulate and lead negotiation strategies across supplier base on commercial agreements and mitigate risks
*Continuously identify strategic sourcing opportunities and deliver sustainable saving pipeline
*Drive the digitalization agenda by utilizing digital tools & supporting the introduction of new solutions to efficiently generate a high impact
*Define and manage supplier portfolios and strategic supplier relationships

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
*Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of sourcing / procurement experience, ideally in raw material / chemical / tail spend / distribution management.
*Able to build and maintain effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
*Excellent communication skills with ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders
*Demonstrated ability to create and lead the implementation of sourcing strategies
*Strong negotiation skill, analytical thinking and problem solving skill
*Affinity for data analytics, ability to handle a high level of complexity & ready to simplify it
*Willingness for job rotation into different category of sourcing at a later point in time
