Junior Payments Specialist (Maternity leave replacement)

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
-Daily, independent execution of payment runs
-Create new payment runs or adjustment of parameters for payment runs based on requests
-Execute manual payments
-Communicate Internally / externally with Service Center / Finance / Banks / Master Data team related to payments in the context of daily business processes
-Ensure the compliance of standardized processes
-Perform internal controls

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
-University degree in Business Administration with majors in accounting / controlling or equivalent education
-Very good English skills encompassing special terminologies in the area of Finance & Accounting
-Balancing character to understand and simplify the needs of the business and translate it into business value
-Capability of target oriented working with diversified nationalities
-Pro-active personality for a good overview and an eye for quality, capability to anticipate change and prepare his/her team for smooth transition by planning, setting expectations and clear communications.
