Mechanical Design Lead

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

As Mechanical Design Lead at CBWEE Europe, you will play a key role in our engineering and project activities. You will be responsible for supporting quotations, developing mechanical concepts, and coordinating with our international teams to ensure successful project execution.

Your Role:

• Perform  pre-studies, including concept development, feasibility analyses, and solution identification to ensure optimal design outcomes.
• Support the preparation of accurate cost estimations and quotations to facilitate project planning and execution.
• Act as the primary mechanical reference for European projects, ensuring adherence to engineering standards and best practices.
• Coordinate design activities effectively with colleagues in China, fostering collaboration and aligning project objectives across teams.
• Supervise projects throughout the entire lifecycle, from initial quotation through to successful commissioning, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Continuously improve design standards and methodologies, proposing innovative examples and solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
