Manažér nákupu / Purchasing Manager

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

Main objective of the position:

Ensuring timely deliveries of raw materials, chemical components and packaging materials in the required quality and costs for the smooth production of sealants and materials for electromobility (EV batteries).

Key responsibilities:

• Management of the purchasing process from inquiry to invoicing. Responsibility for the purchase of key inputs for chemical production (polymers, fillers, additives, special chemistry).

• Search for new suppliers, conducting business negotiations on prices, payment terms and delivery times.

• Management of risks in the supply chain and monitoring the stability of supplies.

• Ensuring that all suppliers meet strict automotive industry standards and environmental regulations (REACH).

• Cost optimization, active search for savings and monitoring of raw material price developments.

• Close cooperation with production planning and warehouse in order to optimize inventory levels.

• Reporting, monitoring and evaluating set KPIs.

In the area of IATF 16949:

• Evaluation and development of suppliers, conducting regular audits and evaluating supplier performance.

• Active cooperation with the quality department in the process of approving parts and materials for series production PPAP.

• Identification of risks in the supply chain and preparation of contingency plans in case of interruption of raw material supplies.

• Compliance with legislation (Product Safety).

• Escalation processes.

• Responsibility for the accuracy of data in the ERP system, which is critical for the traceability of materials.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• University degree in technical or economic field (chemistry is an advantage).

• Min. 5 years experience in purchasing, min 3 years in position Purchasing manager or Purchasing team leader

• Advantage is experience in Purchasing of chemical materials, registration of mineral oils at Customs, experience in REACH registration, custom´s clearance and transport.

• Knowledge of PPAP, APQP processes.

• English at the level of active negotiation.

• Experience working in ERP system (HELIOS, SAP).

• Analytical thinking and resistance to stress in a dynamic environment.
