Experience Center Manager

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
• As a Experience centre manager you will steer the experience center in agreement with the Team Leader Live Experience (MM-BL) concerning company, brands products and services.
• You will organize and coordinate different visitor groups before, during and after tour/stay at plant in Senica.
• You act as a host and steer the experience of the visitors along the visitor journey in Senica in a professional way.
• You will provide presentation of the relevant brands, the group strength, the products and services in a dynamic (energetic) way.
• Your responsibility will be also ensuring that customer feedback leads to continuous improvement of the visitor journey process.
• You will ensure an always up to date (Content & infrastructure) Heat Pump Experience Centre in collaboration with the central marketing department.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
• Qualifications: Successfully completed university studies (Bachelor's degree), e.g. in management or communication fields.
• Know-how: You have good product knowledge and understanding for marketing and customer relationships.
• Tools: You have good experience in working with tools (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, After Effects or similar) to create marketing assets based on the overall corporate design guideline.
• Personality: Energetic, polite, communicative as well as positive and inspiring nature make you unique. In addition, you are open to change and have a high affinity for good understanding concerning cultural aspects of the target markets.
• Languages: Your confident English skills (verbal & written) mean that nothing stands in the way of group-wide communication. German language would be favorable.
