Process Engineer (Junior/Generalist)

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

​To support production and development processes in composite manufacturing as a junior process engineer, while gaining practical experience and gradually developing into a specialized role (e.g. lamination, CNC, CAD or painting).

• Support production processes and assist in solving technical issues
• Prepare and maintain basic process documentation and work instructions
• Cooperate with Production, Quality and Engineering teams
• Participate in process improvements and optimization activities
• Assist with technical data preparation (e.g. drawings, instructions, basic CAD tasks)
• Learn and gradually specialize in selected process areas (e.g. lamination, CNC, CAD)

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical background
• Basic experience with CAD software (e.g. CATIA, AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar)
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes (experience with composites is an advantage)
• Willingness to learn and develop in technical environment
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
  
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
