Partner Growth Manager

At Boataround, we help people discover unforgettable boating experiences around the world. We are looking for an ambitious, relationship-driven Partner Growth Manager to take ownership of an assigned region, grow its performance, and build strong, long-term partnerships with charter companies.

This is a role for someone who loves business, enjoys working with people, and knows how to turn opportunities into results. You will combine commercial thinking, negotiation skills, and strong partner management to help us secure the best pricing, availability, and offers for our customers while growing the success of our partners.

What you’ll do
You will drive the growth and commercial performance of your region by managing and developing relationships with charter company partners. Your focus will be on maintaining a strong partner portfolio, improving partner performance, advising on promotions, and negotiating better pricing and conditions for Boataround customers. You will take strategic actions to strengthen regional results, ensure real-time availability, and help Boataround stay competitive in the market. Since strong partnerships are built in person as well as over the phone, you will travel frequently to meet partners face-to-face and stay in close daily contact with them.

Language requirements
English is essential - you must have English at C1 level or higher and be able to communicate confidently and professionally with partners on different levels.

Additional languages are a strong advantage
A second language is a big plus, especially:
Spanish, French, Italian, German, or Turkish

You are a strong communicator with excellent listening skills and a natural ability to build trust. You understand partner needs, handle difficult conversations with confidence, and stay calm under pressure. You bring a positive attitude, strong ownership, and a can-do mindset — you believe that nothing is impossible. You enjoy a fast-moving environment, adapt quickly to change, and genuinely love what you do.

You should also be comfortable with frequent phone communication, willing to travel up to 50% of the time, and have a valid driving license, category B.
