O pozícii

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
- Manage daily Part Sales orders, including processing failed orders, order validation, cancellations, and system clean-up
- Monitor and maintain Depot and OOW part sales backlog, ensuring accurate ETA updates and timely customer communication
- Oversee the complete end-to-end fulfillment process, ensuring orders move seamlessly through systems and logistics channels
- Handle Part Sales customer management including quoting, availability checks, and responding to customer queries
- Support Business Partners and internal stakeholders by providing order status updates, tracking information, and resolution of issues
- Coordinate Part Sales DOA processes, including arranging replacements or issuing credit notes
- Track backlog performance through regular reporting and analysis
- Review and comment on order delays or exceptions
- Drive improvements in backlog accuracy, fulfillment speed, and customer transparency
- Resolve system-related order issues with the relevant teams
- Maintain high data quality and perform regular order clean-up activities
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing fulfillment processes and customer experience
- Collaborate with logistics and planning teams to prevent order bottlenecks and improve overall service level

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- Experience in Order Management, Supply Chain, Customer Service, or related fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent MS Excel and general Microsoft Office skills
- Professional communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with ERP or order management systems (SAP or similar) is a strong advantage
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive tasks to completion
