Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
- Cooperation in development projects
- Technical support of other departments
- Processing and evaluation of test jobs
- Production of sample parts and subsequent analyzes
- Analysis of processes and damage parts (as well as customers claims)
- Physical, mechanical and chemical testings of plastics
- Plastic Material analysis with FTIR and Microscope
- Testing of adhesives and bonded parts
- Processing OEM specifications
- Editing requalification checks
- Preparations for audits
- Quality control
- Documentation
- Communication with customers and suppliers

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- Chemical or technical training with training, e.g. to the technical specialist
- Experience in chemical analysis and quality control
- Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point as well as image editing programs
- Professional experience and professional requirement:
- good knowledge of laboratory processes in the automotive industry
- Test laboratory experience and its processes
- Experience in component + damage analysis
- Experience in applied bonding technology for the automotive industry
- Knowledge in handling basic test standards (DIN, ISO or VDA)
- European adhesive bonder acc. DIN 2304 or more
