Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer (SQA)

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team and take full responsibility for managing and improving supplier quality. In this role, you will act as the key link between our company and our supply chain, ensuring that all incoming components and materials meet the highest quality standards. Your main agenda will involve maintaining regular communication with suppliers, performing comprehensive supplier quality audits based on the severity of material issues, and actively participating in the approval process for new partners.

You will cooperate closely with suppliers in updating and maintaining vital APQP documentation. Furthermore, you will be fully responsible for handling and managing supplier complaints using the 8D methodology, which includes issuing complaints, analyzing customer-returned parts with confirmed supplier liability, and strictly verifying that effective corrective and preventive measures are implemented.

To support continuous improvement, you will regularly evaluate supplier performance and drive supplier development initiatives.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Automotive Core Tools: Extensive knowledge and proven experience with 8D, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA.

• Certifications: Valid VDA 6.3 and IATF 16949 certificates are strictly required.

• Project Launch: Hands-on experience with launching new projects within the automotive industry.
