International Client Relationship Manager (Media)

For our client, a well-established company operating in the field of television and film distribution, we are looking for a communicative and reliable Client Relationship Manager.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, likes to build long-term relationships, and feels confident communicating in English.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Taking care of existing clients (TV broadcasters, streaming platforms, production companies).
• Building and developing partnerships across the Central and Eastern European region.
• Coordinating communication between clients and the internal team.
• Preparing offers, contracts, and presentation materials.
• Participating in international TV and film fairs.
• Monitoring market trends and preparing simple activity reports.
• 20% of the role is new client acquisition.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• High school diploma or university degree (preferably in business, media, culture, marketing, or communication).
• Excellent command of English (C1) – daily communication with clients.
• Experience in client service, media, or sales is an advantage.
• Empathy, strong listening skills, and professional communication style.
• Responsibility, independence, and good organizational skills.
