Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

Junior Project Manager

Job Location: Bratislava

Main Responsibilities:

• Support delivery of Huawei projects (engineering, integration, civil and installation work)
• Overall project coordination including client relationship, implementation schedule, vendor management,
budgetary control and project quality assurance
• Project implementation planning including service procurement and human resources
• Project data updates in internal systems, following internal procedures
• Support project revenue and billing triggers
• Monitor project cost and provide related analyses
• Project Management Office KPI and SLA monitoring
• Understand the internal processes and provide process advice to Project Managers
• Regular communication with regional and HQ processes, tools and PMO organizations

Requirements:

• Technical University education in civil works, electrical, telco or similar field
• Good knowledge of MS Office is a must, advanced MS Excel skills are an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Telco products, mobile communication and IT technologies preferred – not mandatory
• Good knowledge of English
• Fluent Czech/Slovak language is a must
• Understanding of Project management principles
• Good analytical skills, problem solving skills
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt and learn new tools and processes
