Warehouse Operator

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

Responsibilities

• Ensure close cooperation and effective communication with other departments to coordinate logistics activities across the company
• Oversee the fulfillment of all warehousing requirements for aircraft components, materials, tools, and equipment at the BTS warehouse
• Maintain strong working relationships with representatives of contracted maintenance organizations, especially regarding aircraft components, spare parts, equipment, and materials
• Ensure all stored items comply with applicable aviation regulations and manufacturer provisions

Key Duties

• Handle incoming materials and coordinate distribution in collaboration with the logistics department
• Perform incoming inspections of aircraft spare parts, including verification of airworthiness certificates and conformity documentation
• Prepare materials for shipping, ensuring packaging meets high standards to protect components during transport
• Conduct periodic checks of shelf-life-limited components and tools, and coordinate shipments to repair shops when necessary
• Collect materials from freight forwarders and ensure proper receipt and documentation.
• Move and accept materials into storage using the OASES system
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the warehouse by performing routine housekeeping tasks.
• Cooperate with team members to ensure timely expedition of materials and preparation for daily aircraft maintenance as requested by engineers
• Operate a forklift to manipulate materials as needed
• Deliver maintenance-related materials from the warehouse to the airport by company car
• Adhere to all safety rules and regulations during all work activities
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Lead

• Proven experience in a similar position within logistics or aviation
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures and regulatory requirements
• Self-driven and proactive approach to tasks, with a strong sense of responsibility
• Competence in problem-solving and troubleshooting
• High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation
