HR Specialist - Recruiter

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
We are looking for a proactive and motivated Recruiter to join our HR team and be responsible for recruiting employees for a wide range of positions. The recruitment scope will mainly include administrative and engineering positions (MOI), as well as specialized technical positions, such as Quality Technicians, Team Leaders, and other skilled professionals within the manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers to identify suitable candidates and ensure an effective recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full recruitment process, from defining job requirements with hiring managers to coordinating the onboarding of new employees.
• Recruit candidates for MOI positions, mainly administrative, professional, and engineering roles.
• Recruit for specialized technical positions, such as Quality Technicians, Team Leaders, and other skilled professionals.
• Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct job interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and coordinate the selection process.
• Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and select suitable candidates.
• Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for current and future vacancies.
• Monitor recruitment progress, update information on open positions, and provide regular recruitment activity reports.
• Propose and implement improvements to recruitment processes to increase efficiency and improve the candidate experience.

Candidate Profile
• Previous recruitment experience in a manufacturing or automotive company.
• Experience recruiting for various types of positions, including administrative, engineering, and specialized technical roles.
• Good knowledge of recruitment methods, candidate sourcing, and interviewing techniques.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proactive approach, independence, and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Good command of Slovak and English.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and online job portals is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good knowledge of the technical environment, particularly within the manufacturing industry.
• Good knowledge of the Košice region and its local labour market.
