Engineering Manager / Development team

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Develop future managers and build a strong talent pipeline.
• Define and scale engineering capacities and skills to support our product portfolios.
• Drive engineering excellence: processes, quality, validation, problem‑solving.
• Ensure alignment with automotive standards (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, IATF…).
• Act as the first escalation level for technical & customer issues.
• Manage team budgets and lead cost & process improvement initiatives.
• Participate as a member of the Europe Project Steering Committee.
