Engineering Manager

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

• Leading the Engineering team
• Identifying and organizing training
• Development of future managers/leaders
• Preparing and managing team budget
• Scaling Engineering team without compromising customer satisfaction
• Defining the necessary capacities and skills to support product portfolio(s) – short and mid term
• Planning and prioritizing programs, allocating resources
• Act as 1st escalation level (Internal/External)
• Collaborate with Business Line Management (Head of Engineering, Product Management, Program Management) and other department leaders (Manufacturing, Testing laboratories…)
• Member of Europe Project Steering Committee
• Generates monthly report assessing current cost and process improvement projects.
