HR recruitment specialist

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are seeking a talented HR and Recruitment specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and ensuring the continuous flow of qualified candidates to meet the demands of a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for blue-collar and white-collar roles (mainly in production and technical areas)

- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements

- Create and publish engaging job postings across various platforms

- Screen applications, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates

- Maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires in cooperation with the HR team

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system

- Support employer branding activities and represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events
