Maintenance Manager

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

​Maintenance Manager secures efficiently the technical availability of the production equipment of the wheels assembly line, building and other equipment necessary for the continued support of plant operations.

​

Key result area 1 –Production

• Maintains the technical and production availability of the assembly process of ready-made wheels
• Secures the availability of the production line (reduce troubleshooting, best quality, optimal amount, etc.)
• Carries out actions in case of deviation (repair, maintenance, programming, etc.)
• Maintains the plant process in terms of availability and reduction of downtime
• Maintains all parts of the production line (machine maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, preventive)
• Maintains and administrates the spare part stockroom Improves and optimizes the parameters of production line/assembly line efficiency

Key result area 2 –Administration

• Reports weekly on maintenance activities and monthly reports
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans.
• Plans and implements improvements of the production line.
• Plans machine capacity analysis.

Key result area 3 – Staff

• Guides, motivates, develops, and monitors the direct reports (if applicable).
• Develops good and strong relations with technical service companies.
• Trains the operators in technical needs.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Good knowledge of the applicable IATF 16949 and ISO 14001/45001 principles if applicable.
  
• You know pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanic, and industrial process measurement and control.
• PLC7 knowledge & SPS-knowledge.
• Familiar with maintenance management using CMMS programmes
• You have good knowledge of MS Office skills.
