Procurement Specialist / Špecialista nákupu (M/Ž )

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
- Escalation management regarding schedules, quality, and costs
- Contract management and price negotiations with suppliers
- Responsibility for the procurement of production materials, machinery, equipment, tools, services, and purchased components required to ensure the successful Start of Production (SOP) of projects within defined cost and timing targets
- Implementation of customer requirements at suppliers, change management, and schedule tracking
- Regular participation in project meetings and project reviews
- Conducting supplier requests for quotation (RFQs), including the evaluation and assessment of supplier quotations
- Analysis of quotations, including Cost Breakdown (CBD) analyses and benchmarking/comparative evaluations
- Preparation of sourcing award recommendations and participation in supplier nomination and award decisions
- Preparation and management of the purchasing budget for the above-mentioned serial production areas
- Creation and maintenance of framework agreements in the ERP system for the above-mentioned serial production areas
- Ensuring effective communication with strategic suppliers
- Evaluation of supplier performance within projects
- Supplier visits to verify compliance with processes and requirements
- Taking on special assignments and additional tasks as required by management
