Base gross monthly salary starts from 1.950 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also a variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
We are seeking a Senior Sales Operations Specialist to join our Bratislava team on a fixed-term contract as a maternity cover. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a proven track record in sales operations or helpdesk support, eager to make an immediate impact in a dynamic, international environment. The position requires regular onsite presence in a hybrid setting and occasional flexibility to support global partners.


Key Responsibilities
- Operate the Level 1 Helpdesk for Dynamics365, LBP, LPH, and CRM sales systems.
- Manage incoming emails, phone calls, live chats, and RM HelpDesk tickets related to sales platforms.
- Guide users through system access, navigation, deal registrations, bids, and partner onboarding.
- Resolve support cases within established time-to-close targets.
- Escalate and coordinate IT tickets for advanced issue resolution.
- Ensure a positive and solution-oriented Helpdesk experience for all users.
- Document new issues and solutions, contributing to the internal knowledge base.
- Support system enhancements through testing, training delivery, and deployment activities.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 1–2 years in a sales operations, helpdesk, or similar corporate role.
- Strong proficiency in Dynamics365, LBP, LPH, CRM, and Microsoft Excel.
- Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
- Willingness to work on public holidays as needed to support global sales and partners.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
- Experience with additional systems (e.g., Windchill, ECC) is a plus.
