Junior Territory Marketing Manager

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
We’re seeking a Junior Territory Marketing Manager to join our EMEA marketing team on a fixed-term, one-year maternity leave cover.

In this role, you’ll help deliver marketing plans in selected EMEA markets and assist with product launches. You’ll work closely with local distributors, supporting them with global marketing guidelines and practical tips to make their campaigns more effective.


##Your main tasks will be:##
• Help implement ESET’s marketing strategy in your assigned markets.
• Review the yearly marketing plan, provides feedback on marketing activities based on business objectives and priorities
• Prioritize marketing activities within allocated budgets.
• Recommend relevant global marketing activities to ESET partners from global marketing guidelines to support company strategic goals.
• Process Marketing Development Funds and Business Development Funds claims.
• Ensure smooth deployment of priority global marketing projects.
• Prioritize initiatives in alignment with sales and digital business teams.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities.
• Conduct and lead periodic marketing activity review meetings.
• Serve as the global marketing representative for assigned markets.
• Plan and coordinate the work of colleagues in accordance with superior's instructions, be responsible for the performance of the tasks entrusted to it in accordance with established procedures and processes and prioritize tasks of colleagues in order to meet established objectives and achieve required results.
• Carry out other work according to the instructions of a managing employee in accordance with the activity of the department and the company
• Provide general support to the EMEA territory marketing team.
• Monitor product performance from sales, marketing and support perspective

##What we expect from you:##
Education:
• University degree (marketing, economics, business, or similar).
Experience & Skills:
• At least 2 years experiences in marketing, project coordination, or a similar role
• Understanding of digital marketing is an advantage.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• English at an advanced level (C1); other languages are a plus.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

This role is a one-year maternity leave cover.
