Area Sales Manager

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

Job description:          

• Processing of customers’ enquiries/orders.

•   Preparing sales plans and strategy.

• Communication with customers and representatives

• Work in project teams, evaluations and  sales statistics

• Preparation of statistics and evaluation of sale

• Marketing

Responsibility:

• Identification and development of potential sales opportunities

•   Ensuring effective communication of customer requirements to all parties within KME Slovakia Service Centre s.r.o. who are directly involved in the realisation process.

•   Benchmarking and development of the business

•   Development and maintenance of sales statistics

•   Identifying key skill levels needed to achieve product, process and systems management.

•   Collation and analysis of KPI’s for positive and negative trends

• Ensuring satisfactory record keeping in line with requirements defined within the quality management system.

• Following every enquiry until receiving order.

•   Key account management

•   Keeping record of customer specifications..

• Monitoring and analysis of the corrective action process

•   Monitoring and analysis of the non-conforming product process

•   Reporting at executive level the effectiveness of improvement programmes.

•   Reporting at executive level the effectiveness of the quality management system.

•   Maintaining records to support the approved supplier programme.
