Senior Controller

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are looking for a person to join our expanding team, whose main job will be:​

• being responsible for monitoring and analysis of production costs (materials, overhead, productive hours, hourly rate, direct and indirect production costs), identifying areas for improvement
• being responsible for internal monthly reporting (Income orders report, Head count report, Productivity report, Working capital report, Stock ageing, etc.)
• being responsible for cost analysis, identification of savings and efficiency & analysis of deviations between the planned and actual state (variance analysis & cost center reporting)
• preparing reports as requested – ad hoc internal reporting and analysis based on the request from superior, group or local management
• participating in month-end closings and preparing monthly reports for the plant and the group
• participating in the annual budget and the quarterly forecasts

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• minimum 3 years´ professional experience as a Controller in a manufacturing operations environment (preferably industrial production)
• strong knowledge of cost accounting in a manufacturing company
• advanced knowledge of German language or English language (daily communication with HQ)
• PC user - proficiency in SAP-FI/CO and Excel
• strong analytical skills
• excellent problem-solving skills
• very good communication skills
• ability to work independently and collaboratively
• SLOVAK LANGUAGE C2
