Procurement data Analyst

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

This position is responsible for executing procurement information lifecycle, ensuring integrity, uniqueness, accuracy and quality of data, and for working cross-functionally with the Procurement, Logistics and Finance areas.

Responsible for Key Performance indicators:

- Service levels (response time and quality) for Procurement Master Data processes

- Business Units satisfaction    

●     Manage Supplier master data, governance and maintenance of Vendor master data, globally,

●     Insertion and update of supplier and customer prices globally (America, Europe, Asia, China) in a company ERP system SAP

●     Responsible for executing processes efficiently, on time and with quality in line with agreed SOP and defined by SLA and GBS management

●     Ensure the preservation of the Procurement master data and other procurement defined back-office data by maintenance, archiving and data cleaning in order to ensure correct and efficient transaction flow

●     Identify and implement opportunities of continuous improvement on the performed activities

●     Clarify data management questions in order to ensure the realization of projects within expected quality and timing standards

●     Ensure company business controls (JSOX) are adhered to and facilitate a defined system of transparency process established criteria and policies are followed

●     Work with local and global teams in terms of reporting and procurement challenges
