Developer

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
• Devising solutions for the development/improvement of virtual or physical products/services in close collaboration with functional units
• To work on change requests to adjust existing automated solutions 
• Responsible for developing and delivering automated processes
• Thoroughly analysing and designing requirements taking into account holistic business requirements and implications
• To work on change requests to adjust existing automated solutions. 
• Design, develop, test and document scripts to purge old data, converts data and manages security
• Scripting, Server Reporting Services
• Support service in retrieving data from systems
• Set and regularly review process documentation, document management
• Train and support other developers in delivery of automated solutions
• Reporting issues, breaks, risks, improvements to Product owner

We work in a HYBRID STYLE of working with the possibility of working from home , but twice a week we meet in the office in Košice or Bratislava for meetings.
The starting salary may be higher depending on the extent of fulfillment of the employee's requirements (education, language skills, required practice, personality assumptions and skills).

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
Education:
University business degree (Bachelor or Master’s) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
Experience:

• 1-3 years of professional software development experience
• Active experience and delivery of excel macros, Visual Basic scripts, python scripts or other configurationing type technology
• Experience in serving the full software development lifecycle, from conception, architecture definition, detailed design, scoping, planning, implementation, code reviews, source control management, testing to documentation, delivery and maintenance is preferred
• Experience with modern programming languages like Java, Python, C#, etc.
• Experience with scripting languages like Perl, VBS, Shell, etc.
• Experience with automation technologies, monitoring technologies and building APIs
• Ideally experience with shared services
Language knowledge:
English - Upper intermediate (B2) & German (beneficial)
Skills:
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with various stakeholders; managing expectations
• Very good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to convince about ones ideas and solutions in easy and understandable language/manner
• A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques
• Corporate attitude and strong service behavior
