Engineering Proposal Lead

What You Will Do

As a Proposal Lead, you’ll support our Account Executives and Application Engineers during the design and proposal phase of Fire Detection projects. You’ll help validate technical assumptions, prepare cost estimates, and create customer proposals. You’ll also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Account Executives with detailed estimating and client presentations.
• Mentor engineers on fire detection/alarm systems and ensure quality standards.
• Prepare proposals including take-offs, specification reviews, and special quotes.
• Review documents and respond promptly to requests.
• Collaborate with sales, project managers, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Interpret engineering drawings and follow standardized design procedures.

Starting from 2 200 EUR/month gross (plus a regular monthly bonus after 6 months of employment) based on relevant experience. This salary is our minimum advertised salary. Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

What we look for

• Education in electrical, mechanical, or other technical field.
• Working knowledge of English and conversational Dutch (technical Dutch is not required).
• Previous work experience with fire detection/alarm systems.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.

Nice To Have:

• AutoCAD experience.
