Solution Lead

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
As the Solution Lead you:
Are the customer / segment expert with the knowledge on their cooling needs, capturing the customer requirements in the Sales Funnel and ensuring the Product Owner can create a product that works in the customer´s complete system.
Own the technical relationship with customer, acting as the primary point of contact.
Map the customer´s technical landscape (organization, footprint, products and road map) to understand their overall machine system needs.
Are the part of the sales team, collaborating closely with Key Account Manager on creating and maintaining the account plan.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 2- 10 years relevant industry experience.
Thermodynamic and mechanical knowledge, positive if you have experience in system solution design.
Ability to combine technical knowledge with strategic sales.
Commercial mindset.
Expected to be more of a generalist than a specialist, solutions oriented and cost conscious focus.
Experience with APQP.
MS Office, MS Projects, AX/ D365, experience using CAD products.
