We are an original Slovak software company. Since we are not part of any foreign parent group, everything - from product development and customer support to growth and sales - is managed entirely in-house. We have developed our own product, Unimus, which we sell globally. Our network automation and management solution is used by organizations of all sizes - from small local networks, through data centers and telecom operators, to well-known companies outside the IT sector.

Who we are looking for

• We are looking for an enthusiastic UI & Graphic Designer passionate about maintaining and enhancing a wide range of visual and graphic assets. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to shaping our company and product’s visual identity and help define the look and feel of our products, websites, and marketing materials, reaching users worldwide.

• A creative individual who will enjoy high variability in work, collaborating on a diverse array of tasks, from UI design to broader graphic projects. This position is perfect for someone who loves learning, tackling creative challenges, and contributing to multiple aspects of design and branding.

What you will be doing

• As our product portfolio expands, design visual identities for new products, their websites and landing pages, creating wireframes, prototypes, style guides, and user flows to deliver high-quality UI designs.

• Create designs for our software products, and related marketing needs, including digital and print materials such as banners, flyers, rollups, presentations, social media graphics, infographics, and other promotional content.

• Translate creative concepts into compelling designs for department-specific projects, and provide cross-team design support on an ad hoc basis.

• Design and maintain consistent branding across all products and marketing channels, keeping designs aligned with current trends.

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences. Use data and insights to inform design decisions and improvements.

What we are looking for in you

• Experience in designing UI mockups and prototypes that illustrate site functionality and aesthetics.

• Passion for all things design and staying up-to-date with trends and technology.

• Effective communication skills with a positive attitude and good time management skills.

• A proactive mindset with a desire to learn, grow, and contribute in a collaborative environment.

• Accountability and a commitment to delivering high-quality, detail-oriented work.

• Good knowledge of UI design, and branding principles.

• A portfolio showcasing design projects, particularly for IT products.

Thing you will work with daily and need to know

• Figma or Sketch

• Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

• Familiarity with website builders like Elementor, Wix, Webflow, or Framer is a bonus

How we work

• We work in small teams - yours will consist of one other designer, but you’ll collaborate closely with all departments.

• Core hours are 10:00 - 16:00. Outside of these hours, it’s up to you when you work.

• We are mostly on-site, but if you want, you can also work from home twice a week.

• We don’t play titles. Everyone knows their role, and when something doesn’t work, we talk openly - informal but professional.

What you won’t deal with

• Constantly switching between projects - you’ll have the space to focus on your work instead of jumping between unrelated client projects.

• Pixel-pushing without purpose - we care about solving problems and creating useful designs, not just making things look pretty.

• Always starting over - you’ll have the opportunity to work on things long-term, see them evolve, and improve them over time.

• Pointless meetings - we keep communication practical and avoid meetings that could have been an email.
