Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

Lead Marketing Strategy & Growth

  • Define and deliver the end-to-end marketing strategy, driving growth across both B2C (buyers & long term renters) and B2B (agents, developers, investors).
  • Position Famalo as an innovative, trusted, and leading real estate marketplace in the region.
  • Segment the market, develop customer personas, and tailor communications to buyers, sellers, agents, and developers.
  • Launch and scale go-to-market strategies for new features and market expansions.

Drive Acquisition & Demand Generation

  • Lead omnichannel campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, affiliate) that deliver measurable results.
  • Build strategic partnerships with real estate agencies, developers, and financial institutions.
  • Drive performance marketing with clear KPIs for traffic, registrations, active listings, and conversions.
  • Execute a long-term SEO and content strategy to generate sustainable leads.
  • Support the sales team with high-quality collateral and campaigns that convert prospects into clients.

Build a Strong Brand & Communication Presence

  • Own and grow the Famalo brand identity – ensuring consistent and engaging communication across all channels.
  • Develop and execute a PR strategy, securing presence in real estate, business, and tech media.
  • Represent Famalo at conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Build a compelling employer brand, positioning Famalo as an attractive workplace within the real estate and proptech community.
  • Produce thought leadership content – blogs, whitepapers, webinars, and video.

Data-Driven Marketing & Optimization

  • Establish robust analytics and reporting frameworks (GA4, Data Studio, BI tools) to monitor funnel performance.
  • Analyze KPIs (MQLs, conversions, ROI, attribution, pipeline growth) and optimize campaigns for impact.
  • Work closely with product to improve user journey and conversion rates.
  • Develop CRM and marketing automation strategies for retention, lead nurturing, and loyalty.

Lead, Inspire & Scale the Team

  • Manage and inspire a growing marketing team (5-10) of internal specialists and external partners. 
  • Set up clear processes, standards, and best practices to scale efficiently.
  • Mentor junior colleagues, developing in-house expertise for sustainable growth.
  • Take ownership of the marketing budget, ensuring every investment drives measurable ROI.
  • Collaborate across sales, product, and leadership teams to align strategies and maximize impact.

Senior Marketing Manager – Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within real estate, e-commerce, marketplace, or tech/startup environment.
  • Proven track record in brand growth management and user acquisition.
  • Strong background as Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Manager in a B2B or B2C tech-driven business.
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing plans that build awareness and generate qualified leads.
  • Excellent knowledge of digital channels and performance marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, programmatic, automation).
  • Demonstrated skills in content strategy, PR, and brand building across online and offline channels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
  • Experience in budget management and maximizing ROI.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales and product teams to align marketing and business goals.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with proven ability to lead teams and external partners.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English (other languages are an advantage).
  • Degree educated in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
