EMEA Data Steward - Maternity Backfill

Lenovo is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive EMEA Data Steward to manage customer and business partner data across multiple systems, including Account Service, MS Dynamics D365, and SAP CRM. This role plays a critical part in ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance to support smooth business operations across the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, collaborating with global teams, and maintaining high standards of data governance.
This is maternity backfill opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Manage creation, maintenance, and deactivation of account master data records across systems.
Enforce data governance policies to ensure consistency and integrity across platforms.
Conduct regular data quality checks and maintain customer/reseller and part-matching processes.
Utilize matching tools and proactively resolve data issues to enhance data quality.
Perform system-wide quality audits to ensure 100% data accuracy.
Process and resolve data-related tickets efficiently, ensuring clear communication with requesters.
Provide coverage and support for team members during absences or peak periods.
Actively participate in weekly planning calls and cross-functional meetings.

Position Requirements

High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree or university education preferred.
Experience in a customer-facing or data management environment is an advantage.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel; familiarity with other software tools is expected.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical and methodical approach.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude and willingness to collaborate across global teams.
Familiarity with SQL is advantage

Base gross monthly salary from minimum 1600 EUR and above, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings
