Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join Lenovo’s dynamic team in Bratislava on a full-time basis. This role focuses on driving customer satisfaction through data-driven insights, process optimization, and collaboration across service teams. The position offers a hybrid work model and occasional international interaction, making it ideal for a motivated professional passionate about innovation and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a customer advocate, ensuring seamless experience across Lenovo services.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and propose actionable improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements.
- Drive Customer Experience (CX) projects and influence outcomes without direct authority.
- Maintain and update dashboards using Power BI for performance tracking.
- Support automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email to resolve inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and deliver tasks within agreed timelines.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
- Experience: Background in computing industry or customer experience management preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, data analysis, and Power BI; familiarity with automation tools is an advantage.
- Language: Fluent English (oral and written); additional language is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication, and ability to influence without direct reporting lines.
- Work Style: Organized, methodical, and able to meet deadlines in a complex corporate environment.
- Mindset: Highly motivated, adaptable to change, and enthusiastic about innovation.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in teams and navigate cross-functional structures.
