Purpose of the role

The Kitchen Designer & Project Manager role is responsible for the technical design and sale of professional kitchen and food service projects, from initial site inspection through equipment selection, layout and offer preparation, to project implementation and after-sales relationship management. Key responsibilities include conducting site inspections prior to design, creating and drawing the kitchen technology layout (zoning, equipment selection and placement), preparing and following up commercial offers with customers, coordinating project implementation with customers, architects and subcontractors — including site checks to ensure project success — and maintaining relationships with architects, consultants and investors in the market.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Experience in professional food service design, preferably in a specialised design company or a large kitchen equipment distribution company

• Knowledge of contemporary food service solutions

• Alternatively, experience in running construction projects, combined with willingness to learn kitchen technology

• Expertise in creating technical documentation

• Maintains relations with architects, consultants and investors in the market

• Commercial acumen - Prepares the offer to the customer and follows it up

• Good Project management skills - Follows up project implementation (coordination with customer, architects, subcontractors, etc.), including site checks, ensuring project success

• Experience in professional kitchen technologies and professional food service design, and / or  construction design

• Designs (creates and draws) the kitchen technology, including zoning, equipment selection and placement

• AutoCad - deep knowledge is a must

• Revit
