We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist to join our dynamic team. The BI Specialist will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. As a BI Specialist, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, implement, and maintain BI solutions that empower stakeholders to make informed choices. What will you be working on?

o Data Analysis and Interpretation:
Identify and understand business requirements, translating them into data analysis tasks.
Perform thorough data analysis to extract meaningful insights and trends.
Work with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for various business functions.

o BI Solution Development:
Design, develop, and maintain robust BI solutions using tools such as SQL, BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik), and data visualization libraries.
Collaborate with data engineers to ensure the availability and quality of data required for BI solutions.

o Dashboard Creation and Visualization:
Create interactive and visually compelling dashboards and reports that effectively communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Implement data visualization best practices to ensure the clarity and usability of dashboards.

o Performance Optimization:
Monitor the performance of BI solutions, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization.
Implement performance-tuning techniques to enhance the speed and responsiveness of BI applications.

o Collaboration and Training:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide insights.
Train and support end-users in effectively utilizing BI tools and dashboards.

o Stay Current with Industry Trends:
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in BI tools, technologies, and best practices.
Recommend and implement improvements based on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
o Proven experience in business intelligence, data analysis, and data visualization.
o Proficiency in SQL and experience working with databases.
o Strong expertise in at least one major BI platform (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
o Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration.
o Solid understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
o Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
o Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
o Knowledge of data warehousing concepts is beneficial.
o Relevant certifications in BI and data analysis are advantageous.
