Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives that support brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement in B2B markets. The role focuses on online and digital marketing effectiveness, ensuring strong presence across key channels and delivering targeted campaigns that support business growth. Marketing specialist is responsible for Budgeting and execution part linked to marketing activities, in online / digital space and for traditional marketing activities, including Exhibitions, On site events, Supporting materials and documentation for all relevant parties. The Marketing Specialist works cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and external partners, acting as a key ambassador of the company’s brand and marketing strategy.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

Proven 5+years’ experience in B2B marketing. Strong online marketing expertise, SEO/SEM, social media, email automation, content marketing, campaign execution, and lead generation, while still proving strong record of traditional marketing activities, on site events, fairs, documents and marketing materials production.

Ability to plan and execute marketing activities that support pipeline generation, brand visibility, and sales enablement.

Skills in analysing marketing performance metrics and optimizing campaigns for measurable outcomes.

Ability to collaborate closely with Sales team and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on lead quality, target audiences, and messaging.

Experience managing external partners such as digital agencies, creative teams, or media partners.

Strong understanding of B2B marketing trends, digital channels, content creation, CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and campaign planning.

Strong understanding of online marketing channels (SEO/SEM, social media, email automation, content marketing) and experience running multi-channel digital campaigns.

Experience working with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar).

Experience developing marketing plans, content calendars, and campaign frameworks.

Ability to manage paid media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, display).

Skilled in SEO, web analytics (Google Analytics or similar), and performance reporting.

Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, HubSpot CRM or similar).

Ability to create or coordinate content (blog articles, landing pages, case studies, newsletters).

Understanding of brand management and messaging consistency.
