HR Manager @ Simplicity

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

To help our team grow with purpose and care, we are looking for an HR Manager who brings both heart and structure to our people operations. You will be a key partner to leadership and trusted ally for the team. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent
• Conduct 1-on-1 meetings with team members, provide support, and ensure continuous feedback loops
• Identify team and organizational needs, and develop HR solutions, policies, and programs to support them
• Organize team-building activities, internal events, and initiatives that promote team engagement and culture
• Manage and improve onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires
• Provide ongoing support to teams and managers, helping to resolve people-related issues with care and professionalism
• Collaborate with leadership to drive people strategy in alignment with company goals

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• 2+ years of experience as an HR Manager or People Partner
• Willingness to work on-site @Sky Park Offices, Bratislava
• Understanding of HR processes and procedures
• Hands-on experience with 1-on-1 meetings, onboarding, and ongoing team support
• Proficiency with Google Workspace
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail, self-discipline, and a growth mindset
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• ​Upper-intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken)
