Production and Materials Planner

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are looking for new colleague to our supply chain team. This position is suitable for experienced planner but also for beginner but willing to grow in this area. Our team consists of more people so there are collogues which can be support for you. If you are interested to join powerful company with friendly working conditions do not hesitate and apply. 

Your job description: 

• Ensures the ordering of input materials according to the requirements of production and production planners in ERP (SAP);
• Communicates with suppliers regarding the supply of input materials;
• Plans optimal regular material flows from suppliers;
• Checks the status of components in the warehouse (communicates with the production planner);
• Checks the status of delayed deliveries daily and urges their immediate delivery;
• Coordinates the flow of information between planning and warehouse;
• Cooperates with other departments of the plant in terms of fulfilling orders on time and with quality;
• Maintains optimal stock levels;
• Plans the production of lines in his/her responsibility;
• Checks the production process in the SAP system on a daily basis;
• Checks the status of delayed production orders on a daily basis;
• Coordinates the flow of information between production, planning and tool & die;
• Responsible for the lowest possible delay and for sufficient components for production;

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• 2 years of experience in planning or purchasing department in international company are welcome
• English conversational is must/ German advantage;
• Advanced knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office- especially Excel is must, SAP advantage;
• Precise work with sense on details 
• Working in the team;
