Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Lease Analyst to join our Finance Business Partner team at HB Reavis, where we build workspaces that work for people. In this role, you will support leasing plans, financial summaries and executive reporting, while also partnering closely with our invoicing team to keep data accurate and our business systems running smoothly. You’ll be the kind of person who takes ownership of day-to-day tasks, responds reliably to user queries, and looks for practical ways to simplify and improve how things are done.
What might appear on your to-do list?
Lease Administration & Finance Support
- Supporting the Finance Business Partner in preparing and maintaining annual leasing plans and financial forecasts for the commercial real estate portfolio.
- Assisting in business case preparation and scenario comparisons to support leasing decisions.
- Helping to compile leasing summaries and presentation materials for senior management meetings across the group.
- Maintenance of lease contract data and related records to ensure information is complete, accurate and up to date across relevant systems including CRM.
- Support with reporting built on CRM and business system data (e.g. Power BI dashboards) by ensuring the underlying data inputs are reliable and consistently maintained.
Business Systems Support
- Working closely with the invoicing team to build a solid understanding of the business system
- Serving as a first point of contact for day-to-day system queries from business users.
- Help to identify and correct data inconsistencies or errors within the business system to improve the reliability of outputs.
- Collaboration with the invoicing team to flag areas where manual workarounds could be reduced through better use of existing features.
- Supporting communication with IT and external system providers when process improvements or system enhancements are being discussed.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Participation in projects to improve data quality and reporting standards across financial and leasing systems.
- Preparation of ad hoc analyses and reports as requested by the Finance Business Partner or senior management.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in finance operations, lease administration, property management or business systems support.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, comfortable in handling data entry, reconciliations, and error-checking tasks.
- Experience working with ERP, invoicing or property management systems (SAP, Yardi, MRI or similar) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with commercial real estate concepts (rents, service charges, NOI, OPEX, CAPEX) is a plus.
- Exposure to CRM tools and basic reporting platforms (e.g. Power BI) is an advantage.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or Microsoft CRM is a nice-to-have.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented while being reliable and responsive to requests with a practical mindset — interested in how systems work and motivated to suggest simple, pragmatic improvements.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
