Procesný inžinier (Lead Process Engineer)

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

​Lead Process Engineer at SWEP is responsible for delivering advanced support and expertise within his/her area of competence.

You will:

• Provide advanced support and expertise in area of product assembly (mostly manual assembly)
• Lead the engineering work in projects, such as New Product Development, quality investigations, advanced customizing and continuous improvements.
• Individually drive tasks and projects with high quality expertise within competence area
• Participate in the development and improvement of systems and processes related to the department

This process engineering job more includes areas like ergonomic, layout modification, data analysis etc. than technology focus, therefore once you are fan of machinery or automatic production lines, this is not for you.

On the other hand, if you like workplace layouts optimization, ergonomic improvement, production process improvements, writing work instructions, data analysis and then you prefer data based decision, then this is job for you.
