IT Program Manager (Global Data Team) (m/f)

Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

• Program & Projects Coordination
• Plan, coordinate, and manage Program  steps across IT Products initiatives.
• Ensure alignment of Program objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables across SAP, MES, EWM, and Automation Logistics areas.
• Coordinate preparation, execution, and follow-up of Program planning events and related governance forums.
• Cross-Domain Dependency Management
• Identify, track, and manage interdependencies across multiple IT systems and workstreams.
• Maintain an integrated dependency overview across SAP, MES, EWM, and plant-level systems.
• Escalate critical misalignments and provide structured resolution options to management.
• Program Governance & Reporting
• Prepare consolidated program status reports, including risks, issues, milestones, and decision points.
• Support steering committees and management reviews with structured, decision-oriented input.
• Ensure consistent governance standards across all IT Products initiatives.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
• Coordinate internal stakeholders across IT, business, and plant operations.
• Interface with external service providers and program partners.
• Ensure external contributions are aligned with internal governance frameworks and delivery priorities.
• Risk, Issue & Change Management
• Maintain and continuously update RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs.
• Track and manage delivery risks and escalate when required.
• Support change impact analysis across programs and releases.
• Financial & Portfolio Alignment (Support Function)
• Support alignment of program execution with portfolio planning and financial tracking processes.
• Provide input into planning cycles and budget-related discussions as required

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• Experience as Program or Project Management.
• Experience in the field of data engineering and analytics.
• Understanding of data warehousing, engineering, and ETL concepts.
• Experience with Databricks.
• Experience working with databases and various types of data storage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Time and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask as needed.
• Goal-oriented mindset with holistic thinking and action.
