Náplň práce, právomoci a zodpovednosti:

We are looking for a Junior IT Support Analyst to provide hands-on hardware support to employees — from setting up new computers to diagnosing and resolving technical issues on-site. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoy keeping people's workstations and office technology running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.

Technical Support & Device Management

• Install, configure, and deploy new computers, laptops, and peripheral devices.

• Prepare IT equipment for new employees, including basic configuration and functionality testing.

• Provide technical support to end users in resolving hardware and software issues.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in workstations, monitors, docking stations, printers, and other peripherals.

• Record, manage, and track IT assets throughout their entire lifecycle.

• Coordinate repairs, replacements, and warranty claims for IT equipment with suppliers and internal support teams.

• Support relocations, moves, and reconfiguration of workstations within office premises.

• Ensure device compliance with company standards, security policies, and cybersecurity requirements.

Conference Room & Office Technology Support

• Provide support for meeting rooms, video conferencing systems, and audiovisual technology.

• Resolve technical incidents related to Teams Rooms and presentation equipment.

• Perform basic preventive checks and equipment testing.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

Technical Skills

• Basic understanding of network infrastructure (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).

• Experience installing and configuring PCs, laptops, and peripherals.

• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware issues.

• Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 environment (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint).

Soft Skills

• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on quality support.

• Ability to communicate technical information clearly.

• Independence in resolving incidents and organizing work.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

• English level B2.

• Driver's license.
