People-focused HR in a high-tech manufacturing environment

Recruitment and people

• managing and supporting recruitment processes across different types of positions,

• cooperation with hiring managers and other stakeholders throughout the recruitment process,

• supporting onboarding and ensuring a positive employee experience from the very beginning,

• communication with employees and providing HR support in day-to-day matters,

• supporting employee engagement and people-related initiatives.

Training and Development

• coordination and administration of training and development activities,

• identifying training needs in cooperation with managers,

• supporting employee development and internal career opportunities,

• participation in projects focused on people development and improving HR processes.

HR policies and processes

• supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures and guidelines,

• cooperation on various HR projects and initiatives,

• preparation of HR-related documentation and reporting.

Manufacturing HR

• cooperation with production and operational teams,

• supporting HR activities related to the production workforce,

• cooperation on attendance-related processes and cooperation with relevant departments.

Požiadavky na zamestnanca:

• previous experience in a HR Generalist or similar role, ideally within a manufacturing environment,

• practical experience with recruitment, training and employee development,

• active communication in English

• good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle,

• strong communication and interpersonal skills,

• proactive and hands-on approach,

• good organizational skills and attention to detail,

• ability to handle confidential information with discretion,

• interest in working in a modern, technology-driven manufacturing environment.
