This position offers a unique opportunity to drive global marketing activation initiatives based on the ESET Corporate Solutions strategy with special focus on EU and NATO institutions. As part of the HQ team, you will be at the heart of the marketing strategies, and tactical programs we create for large clients and public institutions. ##What does it take?##
• You create the strategic concept for the activity, brief the teams involved in the production process, oversee the creation of marketing assets, manage all stakeholders (brand team, creative team, event team, sales, product marketing, PR, digital marketing, external agencies, regional marketing…), support markets in implementing the activity, and evaluate its performance.
• Work with internal teams, partners, and others responsible for government customers to ensure customer needs and expectations are reflected in the marketing communication and content aimed at large clients and public institutions.
• Cooperate on the development of the global marketing plan according to the company’s business goals and segment strategies and priorities by suggesting relevant marketing activation efforts.
• Know the key offices and their markets, gather and analyze insights, and suggest actions accordingly. You will introduce your program to country teams and provide them with guidance for market implementation.
• Evaluate the performance of executed projects, collect feedback, provide summarized reports, suggest improvements, and proactively follow up to implement them.
• Understand the ESET proposition and technology in its competitive position by leveraging company educational resources, insights from peers, competitive communications, conferences, or other sources.
• To sum it up: you develop strategic concepts for demand generation marketing projects, act as the project owner and overall project manager, and oversee the end-to-end rollout.

##What we think you need to have##
• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing is a must.
• Previous experience with brand-building or lead-generation campaigns for corporate clients in a global or international company.
• Fluent English (C1; the job operates at a global level).
• Understanding of offline and online marketing, with a specific focus on ABM marketing.
• Independent thinking and the ability to define and execute concepts that perform. We expect you to bring experience and be able to transform it into long-term programs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High level of assertiveness, good self-organization, and adaptability to change.
• Willingness to travel around Europe to gain direct experience and insights at events and conferences.
