About the company

Astana Motors Group is one of the largest automotive holdings in Kazakhstan. As part of our expansion to the European market, we are establishing operations in Slovakia and are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to support day-to-day accounting activities and communication with the Head Office.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing records of accountable persons: receiving, reviewing, and analyzing supporting documents, preparing advance reports
• Maintaining the register of powers of attorney and issuing powers of attorney
• Managing inventory accounting: receipt, internal transfer, write-off, and sale of goods
• Managing fixed assets accounting: receipt, transfer, depreciation, write-off, and sale
• Managing intangible assets accounting: receipt, depreciation, write-off, and sale
• Recording the receipt and provision of services
• Participation in inventory counts
• Ensuring proper storage, registration, and archiving of accounting documents in accordance with internal procedures
• Controlling the accuracy and timeliness of reports provided by materially responsible persons

Requirements

• Proven experience in accounting
• Good understanding of accounting related to inventory, fixed assets, and services
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage routine accounting processes
• English – working level
• Knowledge of Slovak accounting and tax regulations
